Passionate about the wellness of women

Meet Angela

Angela Calvillo is a passionate health advocate, entrepreneur, and women’s wellness leader dedicated to helping others create sustainable, confident lifestyles. With years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Angela has helped build and grow one of the most recognized holistic weight-loss and wellness programs in the Fort Worth–Southlake area. After years of impact and transformation work, she felt called to create something more personal and elevated — and founded Thrive Boutique Wellness, a boutique approach to health designed specifically for women who want balance, education, and long-term results without extremes.

Angela is known for her empathetic, real-life approach to nutrition and lifestyle change. She believes true transformation happens when women feel supported, educated, and empowered — not restricted.

Her work has earned recognition as a Women of Impact honoree and a featured leader in business and wellness publications throughout the region — but what matters most to her is the difference she makes in the lives of her clients.

Beyond her professional work, Angela is deeply committed to her community. She is involved with the American Warrior Association and serves on the Support Group for CIT, supporting initiatives that strengthen and care for those who serve others.

Her philosophy blends science, sustainability, and mindset, meeting women where they are and guiding them toward habits they can actually maintain. No crash diets. No all-or-nothing thinking. Just smart strategy, accountability, and community.

And if you know Angela, you know one very important thing — she is a huge dog lover. Her two elderly boys, Niko and Zane, are her absolute world. They’re her heart outside of work and a daily reminder to slow down, stay grounded, and love big.

At the core of everything she does, Angela’s mission is simple: help women feel strong, informed, supported, and confident — for life.
